The information on this site is provided in good faith as a general guide to the services we offer. It is not technical advice for a specific appliance or installation, and it does not form part of a contract.

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. We will respond during working hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, and confirm availability, scope and price before any work is arranged. Quotes may be revised if the work found on site differs from the details supplied.

Gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, registration 630454. We do not operate an emergency, 24/7 or out-of-hours call-out service. In a gas emergency, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Payment terms are confirmed with each job before work begins. Any parts supplied remain subject to the relevant manufacturer warranty terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
