Flame On Gas and Plumbing Ltd is a Gas Safe registered engineering firm based in Hayes, Middlesex. We work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents and portfolio operators on jobs ranging from single boiler repairs and landlord gas safety inspections to planned maintenance across multiple properties.
The company was incorporated in 2017 and the director has worked as a gas engineer since 2018, with extensive experience in social housing alongside private domestic work. That background means we understand the difference between a reactive one-off repair and a coordinated programme of work across a portfolio.
We plan jobs properly, communicate clearly with tenants, agents and landlords, and make sure work is finished to a standard we are happy to put our name to. Floors get covered, the work area is kept tidy and the property is left the way we found it. If something is not worth repairing, we will say so, and if it can safely wait, we will say that too.
We work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. We do not run an emergency or out-of-hours call-out service, which means the appointments we do take get the time they need.
